I first went to the Sprint store in Allendale to have them look into my touch screen's non-responsiveness. The employee there recommend I head to this store in order to take a look at the phone and possibly repair or replace it. There was only one employee working at the time and he was swamped with customers. He kindly acknowledged my presence and informed me of the wait. After waiting Adrian, the single employee, assessed my phone and informed me he'd look into right away. After leaving my phone at the store, he immediately emailed me the next day informing me that a replacement was going to be ordered and that he managed to get my current phone working until I received the new one. After a few days I picked up my replacement with ease. My experience was very positive and Adrian handled the pressure of all the customers very well. When I returned a few days later (to pick up my replacement) the other employees working greeted me with kindness and assisted me right away. A great store with happy and respectful employees/service!
Their staff is amazing and really helps me out when I need it. Adrian is the best :)
Great experience today at this store. Not only did they fix the problem with my phone that i went in for, Adrian took the time to teach me and show me many things i never knew how to do on my lgg5 phone. I cannot thank him enough. Great experience and greeted as soon as u walk in the door. Highly recommend this store!
Mr. Steve Bishop was extremely helpful. My phone stopped working and he took the time to fix it. You have no idea how happy this made me.
My husband and I made an appointment to pick up our new phones. We got there and the store was close. hours were posted open until 8pm it was only 515pm???
The other gentleman working was helpful to other customers they were closing and still let someone in and helped him.
