The store is pretty clean... that's about the best thing about Lowes. None of the help except for the paint department, really know anything about their department and most of the prices are too high. I much prefer menards.
This is 4.7 rounded up. They had everything I needed, all the people where friendly and helpful, and I paid fair retail prices. Why not 5 complete stars you ask? They have a membership that offers rewards and discounts to those who surrender their personal information to them. Why not offer those same discounts to everyone? In a 5 star world they would.
Next day follow up: had been promised by multiple people that the appliance would be delivered today. Called the store around 6pm and was told delivery was still happening, just running behind. 8pm received a call that appliance can no longer be delivered tonight and now can not be delivered until Friday. They had every excuse, trucks broke down (again) today, etc..... I cancelled/returned my appliance and went to Home Depot. Price was actually cheaper and had better customer service. I would highly recommend avoiding this particular Lowes store, terrible service and unreliable delivery trucks and service!
We have always had a great experience at this store until today. Our appliance never showed (took the day off work to be home for the delivery). After sitting on hold for 18 minutes found out that the guy scheduled the delivery for 3 weeks from now, not for today as he told us in the store. So angry and will not be returning here for any future purchases!
My experience has been horrible. I paid for my small bathroom tile on July 24 2017,had to wait two weeks before they installed. They had to special order black grout, caulking and finishing strip.install was set f or September 5&6..I nstallers never showed on the 5th. Showed up. O n the 6th with no. Materials. 4 h o hrs later they came back with so me materials. Did part of floor. 1 guy came back 2 days later and grouted. Didn't clean off grout before he left. Told me he would be back in two weeks. It's now September 26 and nothing more has been done . I've called store several times and went in. Nothing yet..5 months later. No progress...I have if been waiting over 5 months for this small bath to be finished.nothing done yet .no body bothers to call me to let me know what’s going on. My opinion, don’t go throu lowes. They don’t honor the contract
