I absolutely love this store. They carry EVERYTHING.
I was in the store 3/21/17 looking for some hardware and parts for a project. Over the course of over 30 min, most of which was spent in the hardware aisles, combing through drawers looking through bolts, no one said a word to me. Two employees stood at the 'Help' counter, watching me, but never even said 'Hi', much less asked if I needed help. When I checked out, even the cashier wouldn't look up at me. I came back within 5 minutes because I realized I forgot something. Back in the same aisle I was, looking around, and still nothing from the same two employees who were watching me. Until I pulled a bolt out of my pocket, that I brought with me, to check sizing. When I put it back in pocket, then one of the employees was all over me, accusing me of stealing and being confrontational. Maybe if they had asked if I needed assistance, they would have known what was going on. Instead they decided to treat me like a criminal. I will happily drive farther away to go to an independent hardware store and spend more money that to ever go back to this place, or any of the other two franchises they have. I would advise you do the same, unless you wanted to get treated horribly.
Friendly staff. Super helpful.
Great Customer Service. A bit more expensive then a Home Depot or Lowe's but the convince of not having to drive 20 minutes to the suburbs is often worth it. Great sales during labor and memorial day.
Great people. I have been there many times since it opened a few years back and have never had a bad experience. Keep up the great work!
