Got there 15 minutes early.....checked in.......sat down.....they called my name...registered me....AND THEN SAID...WE ARE AT LEAST AN HOUR BEHIND. NEVER in my life have I not had an apt. done on time. This is my first experience there.. totally unacceptable. I left.
