City clerk was good, just wanted a passport. There was a loop around but the staff knows what's up and got me through it. Good deal.
No line when I went. I got off the elevator and by the time I reached the front desk, Dorothy was up from her desk and was ready to help. Seemed clean and Dorothy knew how to get everything done quickly. Prices are absurd though, otherwise I would give 5 stars.
Always have had great service and pleasant experience with the employees of the Genealogy department. Very helpful. Just wish it was located not down town in Grand Rapids. Hate one way streets and looking for parking.

Middle of the day. Dorothy was kind, professional, and efficient. Walked away as a great and the correct experience that is rare for a younger person interacting with an older generation. Polar opposites of the terrible experience with the older generation at the Enviromental Health section of the Kent County Health Department. Kudos to the clerks office!
