Slow service and the staff do not care. 45 minutes after the time they said it would be ready. The girl behind the counter said just ten more minutes. 35 minutes later it was finally ready. No apologies. The pizza is tasty, but greasy. Better than the chains, if you're not in a rush.
We moved to Grand Rapids a few months ago and looked forward to finding a new go to pizza place. We tried different places over the summer, but this quickly became our new go to pizza place! Carlucci's is family owned and they put pride in their food. We also ordered 30 pizza's for a late wedding snack, and we had so many great compliments on the pizza and garlic knots. I will continue to recommend family and friends to buy their pizza.
My boyfriend and I were looking for a new pizza place, something we have never tried before. We came across carlucci's and decided to try. AMAZING food! Sooo worth it and at a decent price. The pizza is perfect and the parm bites were phenomenal! The amount you get for the price is a steal! We definitely found our new pizza spot! 5 starts all the way around!
Usually good food and fast delivery. 2 hours for pasta is NOT good service. Not likely to try this again! When it finally got here it was cold and burned on the bottom. Never ever again!
ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS TASTES! To Francis, your homemade desserts were terriffic! Oh course between the subs and the desserts I bet we gained 10Lbs but we'll worth it! Thanks for your families kindness. See didn't leave you out Pete
