Good service, they have occasionally not flavored the crust correctly which is kind of the point to getting Hungry Howie's

I love hungry Howie's, but I specifically love this Hungry Howie's. Ive ordered here on average once a week for 2 years and I cannot think of one time I've had bad food. One time my order never got put in and I showed up 20 minutes later to no pizza. The manager apologized and got it started right away. 10 minutes later I was given a free pizza as compensation for my wasted time (this never happens anymore). Great place. I made the mistake of ordering once from the Kentwood location which, like most places in Kentwood is run entirely by hood rats. This location is the best.
I was walking to my car from judes and seen a guy slip and fall on the ice outside the back entrance.. salt please!
First time trying this place and I've gotta say I'm really disappointed in their definition of a deep dish pizza, especially considering how close Grand Rapids is to Chicago. It should be called a thick crust pizza. Cajun crust was probably the only good thing, flavored crust is about all this place has to offer.
