The pizza slices are damn good. I went in here several years ago and noticed the prices increased by a quarter. Asked the owner about it and he LITERALLY blamed OBAMA for it. Get a life. Rinaldis always has Glenn Beck or some other BS Fox News playing in the TV behind the counter. The owner definitely has a few screws loose, but as long as he keeps making slices of pie I can die in peace.
While this place stays open rather late and does offer slices, I've never really been that impressed by their quality. Last time I was here I stopped in after 2am on a weekend and got a slice that was so old, I was shocked they charged me full price for it. Pretty standard pizza offerings, but the crust does not last. Leave your pizza out for too long and the crust will be hard enough to break your teeth on. Nothing special about the sauce either, the only real special thing here is that they sell a few beer and wine selections in their cooler, but that's barely enough to compensate for the mediocre-at-best pizza. There's definitely no excuse for not discounting old slices, which is the main reason I'm leaving this review.
I love this place. Loved it for years but when I called asked for delivery of Taco's and 2 slices of pizza it took an hour and a half. 45 minutes into that I watched a delivery guy drop my food off across the street while I yelled "no over here!" I called and they said "the guy didn't take your address, your food is ready and on its way" 45 minutes later it showed up. DON'T LIE TO ME JUST SAY " I'M SORRY"
The man who took my order got noticably irritated when I ordered a "Huge Chicken Caesar Salad", which was the way it was listed on their GrubHub menu. He harshly responded with "Dinner size or Regular?" I looked through the menu to find these titles and could not so I said "Whichever one is bigger, please". When my boyfriend went to pick up the food he rudely handed him a menu and sarcastically said "So you're not so confused next time", and then failed to give me the dressing for my salad. Terrible service. The food was garbage. I will not be back.
Rude and disrespectful on the phone. Staff is unable to deliver a whole order without mistakes. When you call for them to make it right they are childish and disrespectful. All trash zero stars.
