Don't have good customer service. Don't know how to answer there phone in a timely fashion and put you on hold for way to long. This has happen sevral times. The only reason I get there pizza is because its good eats.
The best pizza I’ve had since leaving Boston and they deliver until 3am. Love these guys and will be ordering from them as long as I reside in Grand Rapids
These people know what they are doing when it comes to pizza. The service could be way better. When you are delivering a genuine product you don't always have to be polite.
We ordered in advance for a work party. They started their work day early to accomodate our order. The food was amazing. Every single employee I talked to was amazing. The whole experience was amazing. Now several of my co-workers and I are loyal customers. This company truly has great values and I will recommend them to anyone. Tried their pizza for the first time, when a coworker ordered for our whole crew--and really loved it! So, after a class downtown, I decided to stop for a late dinner to take back home. The parking was a struggle--seems like customers should be able to use the lot--right next door (but it has a barrier arm)...? After finally finding a place to park, then walking two blocks, I was finally able to place my order. Had to wait over half an hour for two subs. The food is delicious--but, I recommend only ordering through delivery service.
