The staff here move like turtles. Completely missed my order waited in a line of 2 people for nearly an hour. Then the guy behind me got his food first. It's really sad because the resturant looks like it was just updated. The Order screen where you can view your order was also not working. So customers are standing there not knowing what the status is off their orders. It was very poorly managed. The owners might want to rethink the management of this location otherwise they are going to loose big time on their investment in this location. What a Shame
It's a Wendy's, you know what to expect food-wise. Service has always been quick and they recently installed automated order stations at their front counter. Go ahead and order and never talk to anyone again.
Best Wendy's in town. Great customer service, state of the art. Still getting used to the self-service lips though.
Everytime I come here they forget my food, everytime it never fails. If you plan on spending over $20 for food don't come here because unfortunately the staff is so ghetto they can't take the time to get things right. Oh, and don't call their number because they won't answer because they already know they mess up people's orders. After I get my free meal I'm never going back until they change up staff.
(make your own order) is horrible. When I got home, no sour cream or butter. I wasn't aware I had to pick that too. There was no interaction with a person. Heard other customers complaining about things missing from their orders also. Most of all, I don't like that there is no interaction with a person anymore.
