Sold me a crappy vape pen that didn't work. Went back in to see if they would fix or replace it. Instead the guy charges me for a new coil, and said they have a strict no returns policy. Bad business, go elsewhere.
This Vape Shop sells to minors! They need to be boycotted! Maybe TV 8 should send undercover people
This is the best vape shop I have found in a 25 mile radius of Grand Rapids. The relaxed atmosphere and awesome staff never pressure to spend more money or try to sell you on extra equipment you may not need. They have a great growing selection of premium juices that are easy to sample at the juice bar on your own device or one of the very decent shop sample mods. A great place to get started and learn about the benefits and techniques of this awesome hobby. The mod selection includes a nice variety of regulated and mechanical set ups. The staff is also extremely knowledgeable on coil building for rebuildable atomizers for advanced customization & are always willing to help even if it is on another venders products. There is a big tv that usually has video games going but also Netflix. The music selection is also good & usually at the perfect volume. A great place to just chill and blow clouds. By far the best, if you are a medium to extreme vaper you would be hard pressed to find anything even close. Uptown 4 life!
