Had a freewheel hub go bad on my '16 Blizzard. Called a described the problem, and was told to bring the bike down. They got me in immediately, and installed a new hub under warranty, THAT SAME DAY!!! I had the bike back with no issues that afternoon. Awesome service by Alex. Nate & James were great to work with as well. Great shop!!!
This shop is awesome, been going back and forth over email with them about a bike I am purchasing from them, they never tried to up sell anything, even found ways to save me money if I wanted to upgrade any parts, but there was never any pressure, we're super nice, even let me test ride the bike for a day before I decided to purchase it. This is the kind of customer service thats needed these days. Also they have some brands every different than the other local shops, worth checking out.
Took my bike in for a tune-up and brake work. I was not impressed by the quality of the work. There were several things that were not done on the bike that should have been done. Contacted the owner about my disappointment, nothing was done. The brake work was done very well, however, which earned the third star. The customer service was alright. I'm new to the area and this was a really disappointing experience considering so many positive reviews. I will not be doing business any further with this company and would recommend Switchback Gear Exchange instead.
Awesome shop! Found a great fat tire bike. The owner was flexible on the price and shared a lot of good tips. Overall a great experience.
Mechanic is knowledgeable, a real credit to his craft, the staff is very professional. I highly recommend them .
