It was kind of weird. They never called me to explain the delay. I called two times and they said they would call me when it was done. Now what was I supposed to do? My son needed a bike so I went out and purchased him an new bike so he had a bike for the rest of the summer (August).
Awesome bikes and GREAT staff. If they don't sell it...then I don't need it.
Brought Trek Bike in to be fixed on July 29th, 2016. Sales kid said it would be 3 days to fix it. They ended up fixing the bike 35 days later. Horrible, indifferent and prepubescent customer service.
Very friendly and experienced staff, the shop has a really cool old school feel to it. Best selection in town!
Seems Gordy has no control over the flakes that run his bike business on a day-to-day basic. In short, if you want pathetic, indifferent customer service and can afford to wait 35 DAYS for something to be fixed when 3 days was the initial quote.... go with Freewheeler.
