I just wanted to say thank you to John in service. Last year I broke a shifter cable. I brought it in for new cables and could not believe how smooth and precise the shifting is! And today after a phone conversation with Brian, I picked up 2 new tires and 4 tubes for a great price. I will be having John do some more tune up work soon as our riding season is beginning!! I recently stopped in Gap30 with my 7 year old son who was excited to get his first mountain bike. The staff at Gap30 was so helpful in sizing him and making a recommendation based on his needs. Awful company if you order something on Amazon from them. Apparently they order the part you order, then receive it, then ship it to you, which could take days on end. They need to give up their Amazon business platform and concentrate on local if their service is so bad.
