They were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Nick rode with us in our van and was able to diagnose the issue in a matter of minutes. Joe took time out of his busy schedule to talk with us and work out time to have our van worked on since we were scheduled to leave on a year-long trip that week. Along with being well-informed, they were able to explain what was happening in terms we could understand and their pricing was very fair. Even when we called back 6 weeks later with a few more detailed questions, they were able to talk us through everything. They also said that if we had any trouble on the road working with other mechanics to call them and they would help out with whatever advice they could. Amazing service and experience. Great service great cars for good price
I live about 800 some odd miles away from these guys, but they had the truck I wanted. Corey was so great about helping me make this long term dream a reality. He sent pictures of everything I asked about and answered all of my questions. I had no hesitation making the 15 hour drive to go pick up the truck based on everything I'd been shown. The best part was when the state was dragging their heels on my title transfer, Corey sent the paperwork I needed to my revenue office here in AR to appease them, and his business partner went directly to the powers that be up there to get the ball moving a little faster. Within a week, I had everything I needed and was good to go. I'm so grateful to them for doing that for me! Based on this experience, I would absolutely buy from them again!
