Best value auto wash in Grand Rapids, if you have the monthly unlimited pass. The attendants are very young, but are well trained. They'll often not bother pre-spraying my car before sending me down the line. It's also a hassle to do things like change cards for the auto-renewal of monthly passes. Overall, though, it's a car wash. I can't really complain, given the price.
Wanted to try the wash out to compare it to one of the local washes on 28th Street, will NOT return. Employees are very rude. No hello or acknowledgement. They wave you in, spray your car down (barely), and send you on your way. Once they send you on your way, they go into their little office all pissy and plop their butt down and play on their phone.
Love this place. Have the monthly pass, super great deal. Highly recommend. Do a great job.
Tommy's is wayyy better! Outstanding customer service, and a beautiful wash tunnel in comparison to this place!
