Bottom line: it is an okay Car Wash, nothing great but nothing drastically wrong. I kind of wished it remained under the Southland Auto Wash group. That would probably have added at least one more star.
The good: Great deal, I got the $29 unlimited package. Very friendly and attentive employees. Clean inviting environment.
Customer service this morning at the "check in station" was top notch! He acknowledged my daughter in the back seat (chatty Cathy) and everything!
Just an FYI for Camero owners. This Mister Car wash does not clean the back end of a newer Camero under the spoiler. It seemed to clean the rest of my car ok.
The not so good: Every time I go in there something is not working. For example one of the spinning dryers are out of service, and the side spinner always knocks my right mirror in. The tire shine only does half of your tire, kind of frustetating. Also I don't care for the overpowering cinnamon smell that your car smells like after. How about just a standard clean soap smell.
Love the fastlane/monthly pass! $20 a month and I can wash as often as I like. This is especially great in the winter when the salt is flying! They recently got bought out by a national chain, Mister Car Wash, but the equipment has been upgraded and it's still the same price, so overall I am happy even with the change in ownership.
Been here twice, the washes are expensive and mediocre. Front bumper and mirrors still has lots of bugs, tree sap wasn't removed. Autospa does better, they also barely spray your car in order for traffic to move faster. On the left side of my windshield I also had nasty scratches, this shows they don't clean their brushes. I've been to a shiny brite car wash in portage as well and its significantly cheaper and they fully cleaned my car manually then sent me in for automatic. Free vacuums here I guess but that's about it.
