The rails on their auto mover are covered in plastic so even if part of my vehicle hangs low, it won't get ruined by sliding along metal rails.
My wheelchair ♿ accessible Ford Explorer MXV rides pretty low to the ground, doesn't have a driver's seat, nor floor mats. Waterworks accommodates my unique situation.
I used to tell everyone to go here because they did such a fantastic job, but not anymore. Went there yesterday 10/1/2017 get the Gold Wash, which is what I usually get. When they pulled my car back out i was blown away, I always take a walk around the entire vehicle when it comes out, this time it was a complete mess, i told the guy this is not right, there was still bird poop all over the car, bugs all over the car the windshield wasn't even bug free, i mean it was like i sprayed it with a garden hose and thats it, the guy walked around it trying to wipe a few spots off with a rag he had in his hand and just mumbled about how things are different since they were bought out by some company, and how they used to have something at the beginning of the wash process that took the bugs off but that they don't have that anymore and some other things that aren't the same. Never did he offer to even run it through the wash again, or do anything about the mess left all over my car. Will NEVER go back there!!
They let me ride through the full service wash, park my vehicle in the cleaning bay, then exit the vehicle so they can do their work.
The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because I wish they had a specific wash designated for vehicles like mine, so their staff was trained on the procedure. Instead, I have to explain what I need done every time.
Let's start with the rating... I originally wanted to do ZERO stars but I'm not allowed to in order to post this; however, I still stand with zero. I came in for the silver service and I came out with a scam. As I was waiting for my car to get worked on, I noticed how slow the workers were with the other cars. In fact, a majority of them barely knew how to wipe down a car because they kept looking back or looking elsewhere. They were incredibly slow for a service that wasn't even done. I had to walk out to the front to see if they were even getting started and get this... THE WORKERS WERE TALKING TO EACH OTHER then decided to work once they saw me. My car looks like it wasn't even vacuumed nor wiped down. I could've gotten a better outcome a high-school charity wash. NEW MANAGEMENT SUCKS!!! PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL DO A LAZY JOB. I'm not sure if I came on the wrong day but I remember the days I was working here and the system was never like this.
If I purchase a wash with floor mat cleaning, they wash the hard rubber floor instead, keeping my vehicle's floor, chair lock down rails, and ramp, clean and free of dirt in good working condition.
I have also been through a couple of times where I had to point out stuff that was still stuck to my windshield and the dusting/cleaning of the interior wasn't done very well.
They also (purposely) do not remove any road tar spots. I was told this is because they don't want to contaminate their towels and leave marks on other vehicles. That makes sense, but I wish they included that sort of detailing for people like me, in a wheelchair, who can't do that level of detailing ourselves after we leave the car wash.
What a terrible disappointment. I brought my brand new car in to have it detailed inside and out. I brought cleaning products made by the manufacturer and asked to make sure they were used. I also told them that I wanted the car to look new so if they needed to add any additional cost to my bill that I was happy to pay it. I just wanted a sparkling clean car. When I returned it looked like it hadn't even been vacuumed, the wood grain hadn't been wiped down, they had left the dirty sponges in my back seat. I sent it back in for clean up and it came out only slightly better. I spoke to the manager only to find out they had lost my keys. Their proposal for making it right was to offer me the most expensive cleaning package and take off the price I had already paid for the first cleaning. Customer service at it's finest. Never again!!!
Even with a paint job and a name change this place has gone downhill. I was the only one there and had two guys slowly walking around the car half heartedly wiping and vacuuming. For $20 I got my mats vacuumed and some of the windows cleaned. When I got it back they never vacuumed out any of the seats or cup holders, didn’t wipe the seats at all, there was water or something splashed on the seats, but no attempt was made to wipe anything down. See pics. Never wasting my time or money there ever again.
