Nice wash if you're a fox customer
Payed for the $12 (biggest package car wash they do) car wash for my truck and still had tons of soap on my truck as i was going through the air dryer. Also still had splatters of muddy sand spots on my windows, mirrors and trim. And still had all the mud and stuff in my wheel wells that i went in there with. Wont be going here again cause it was a waste of money and time
Low cost for Fox customers and friendly service. A little long wait in general due to the low cost.
I had high hopes for the car wash, but unfortunately, the service I've received has now caused me to happily pay more for a better product. I contacted the company to complain about being in line at the car wash a half hour before closing. A person went to shut the entry door in front of me, paused leaned towards my window and said "we're closed." That was it, he never said a word to the 6 other cars in line or gave any explanation nor apology. I like saving money, but I'd rather spend it in an effort to be treated with respect. Honestly, along with other exchanges with the FOX group, I'm led to question where I will make my next car purchase as well.
Customer service is fantastic and wash has improved over the last few months
