Great customer service! Nawara Brothers is a family run business, with exceptional family values. The service and appliances exceed any expectations you could possibly have in comparison to a big box store. All interactions with the staff were very positive. The staff was top-notch for appliance knowledge, and they delivered and setup the new washer after disconnecting and hauling the old one away. Typically, anything can be bought on Amazon. However, appliances aren't one of those things (it's possible but it's a terrible idea). The first thing I heard when I asked about a local place was Nawara Brothers and I understand why.
