I should've listened to the advice of my peers and left them alone.
Good place when you don't have the money to pay out right for something they have cheap monthly rates until you pay it off!! Defiantly tack on there interest but it's the price you pay for convenience

Never encountered any bad attitudes, the sales associates seem to actually enjoy their jobs.
Friendly customer service, always willing to work with you, and nice items, but they can be a little pricey. I guess not bad though for rent to own.
Oh well guess I have to put up with this place for the next 24 months.
***Edit*** I had to change my review, they've surprised me since my last visit, they are courteous, kind, and helpful, also are flexible and understanding of the customers' situation.. I've paid late twice, both times were my fault, they do a courtesy call, just to see what's up.
I leased from Ionia store but recently paid my bill on 28th Street and the people there were sweet . I paid my bill and had a wonderful man comment on my nails .GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE .
I definitely regret leasing with them, Not too fond of this place at all... haven't even received my furniture yet.
