Pete in sales was great - knowledgeable, patient and easy to talk with. Sales experience was a good one. We purchased a mattress and was told we would be called with a delivery date. On Wed, Pete called and wondered if I was available for a delivery on Friday. I was so it was set up. On Thursday, I received a call stating the mattress would be delivered on Monday. I explained that it had been arranged for Friday already and was told they were not able to deliver on Friday. Friday morning, as I was walking out the door for an appointment, I received an automated phone call stating the delivery was to take place "today" (Friday) sometime between 11:30 & 2:30. I called to explain the story and was then set up for a Monday delivery. The 2 men arrived on Monday morning (as was confirmed by a previous phone call) moved my current mattress into another room and placed my new mattress where the old one was, all without saying 2 words to me. When they were finished, they asked me to sign the delivery paper and promptly left - all without "rolling out the red carpet" or donning shoe covers - as the video said. No problem with the delivery process but, as they refer to it in the medical profession, they had very poor "bedside manner".
Gigi is amazing ❤️ Best customer service ever. She helped my husband and I on Black Friday 2017 and was super busy but still made time to help us in ever way possible. I’m so glad there are amazing people to deal with in customer service like her. Art Van you found a keeper with that sweetie ❤️

We were doing our Sunday grocery shopping and stopped into Art Van on 28th St. and we went in,.. we had a vague idea of what we thought we wanted. Anyway, Ramona came up to us and asked if she could help us out. Two hours later we ended up with a sofa, love seat, coordinating chair, and ottoman. Ramona showed us approximately 20 different options and explained in detail the pros and cons of each. What she was able to do is explain in detail every issue that you need to determine exactly what furniture and your price range fits your needs. We appreciated the detail because you feel much better. Great experience and we cant wait for it to be delivered.
Furniture quality is decent for the price. There have been some pieces we've been happy with and some we wish we would have spent more on to get better quality. We've never tried their high end line though. Sometimes I do wish the sales people were a little less tied to their commission. When we have gone in some times I feel like I'm being attacked, other times they are all just standing around practically ignoring customers since it's not their turn for a sale.
