We had a very good experience at Lazy Boy. Ask for Dave. He was very helpful, polite, and very informative. I have a bad back and he was able to fit me with a chair that fit my needs. We will be back to buy a couch and additional furniture.
Laura was very helpful and responsive to our questions. She represents your company well. I am not a fan of your telephone service. Not getting a human up front is irritating. I've come to expect canned answering service with government but not businesses such as La-Z-Boy. Looking forward to receiving my recliners and rug.
With help from current corporate owning this business vs the privately owned business when I first purchased my furniture back the beginning of August 2017. With Jay's help as of yesterday November 24. I will finally have all the items I originally went into LZB to purchase! So many issues had happened! We just wanted to get pass it. Jay is making it happen and we thank him so much! After 5 months with the privately owned business, we will finally be made whole in our deal. Jay and corporate owned, thank you!!! Happy lady here.

Not like your typical furniture store where the sales staff bombard you the minute you step foot in the door. I looked around at my leisure & when I found something, your sales staff was right there to answer questions and help me find furniture that met my budget. I love my new furniture! This was my first visit to the store. I was beyond impressed with my overall experience. Sarah was the best!
