I can't say enough about how wonderful Catherine's is! Every staff member is professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Great doctors. Our experience here has been amazing, right from the start. I recommend Catherine's every time I come across someone I feel might benefit from its services. We are so blessed to have this place in our community!
My daughter was given the wrong information from one of there intake workers person named David. She was given an appointment and when she showed up too the appointment was treated very rude by front desk staff, and when she asked to speak to office manager was told the manager, was too busy for all that. So rude and I called and talked too the office manager she tried to apologize and then I talked to intake person and they apologized for the confusion. I will never recommend this health care facility to anyone I have been in customer service for 29 years and we would never treat anyone in this manner it was there mistake because we gave them all the correct information and they didn't take the time too read the notes then tried to treat my daughter like she did something wrong no empathy or respect for the individual was shown. But I'm glad we found a clinic that knows how to treat it's patients with kindness and respect. Unlike Catherine's clinic.
Its amazing!! They treat you as family and not another patient. They take care of you and dont make you feel as your rushed in and not heard as most other clinics do.
Doctor listen to the patient, they value what you have to say. They work with to treat the issue, not just the symptoms.
Horrible place. No one knows what's going on and they apparently aren't allowed to just bill you for things. I was also told to fast until 4 in the afternoon for absolutely no reason. Very unprofessional place.
