My husband Carlos and I lived at 616 Lofts on Alabama for a year. We absolutely loved them so much I begged them for a job! I am still with 616 Lofts today and am proud to work for such a solid and community oriented place.

616 never seems to have their residents in mind, and put vendors that rent their space first. Over a year they changed their rent portal multiple times, which caused unnecessary late fees. The building I lives in smells terrible because the brewery downstairs keeps used hops sitting inside despite resident requests to change this. Constant construction without sufficient noise barriers has been wonderful.
By far the most responsive and professional leasing company I've dealt with. They were always easy to contact and were quick to resolve any issues I had. Would recommend them to anyone looking to lease in the Grand Rapids area.
