Getting our mortgage (5/3rd) was a nightmare, as the bank didn't seem like they knew what they were doing, but Ross called them DAILY and was sure to make them expedite things for us as he knew we wanted to close ASAP. His communication was stellar. He ALWAYS answered his phone, even when I called him at midnight with a dumb question. He kept me updated on a regular basis with bank things and other things. We are currently living in our new home and love it dearly-- all thanks to Ross Bacon. He is truly a quality realtor who I recommend 100% to anyone looking for a smooth process! I could not be any more pleased!
