You have a different person for each step of the process, meaning that's their area of expertise. You don't have one agent trying to do it all, taking on too much, taking on too many clients, taking too long to call you back or forgetting to do things. Everyone was very thorough and it all happened very fast. Their electronic system for sending documents signed documents was so easy and convenient, no waiting to meet up with them. The staff is very nice and is always available. Our buying agent took us out for coffee to get acquainted and was always there day or night to answer our questions. We loved the Yoder Team and would recommended them to any and every one.
