Right now the complex office is short staffed. However, there is a wonderful woman in the office who is sincere and tries her best to assist with all situations. I seriously give her cuodos for balancing so many hats and following up with concerns and questions. I hope the team is rebuilt soon so all the stress does not stay on her.
I enjoy living at Kellogg Cove whenever I have a issue I can call the office and things get taken care of right away !! I am so impressed with how quickly they respond, Clean quiet neighborhood landscape taken care of as well I feel safe here !!
Beautiful place to live with it's waterfront apartments, wooded surroundings and vocal wildlife. The management works very hard to establish comfortable living conditions and the maintenance staff is always prompt and friendly.
The Apartments were clean, Grounds are kept clean, Staff helpful and prompt. Maintenance Man is very helpful and always willing to take care of anything i need. I Love the nature and water views.

I would definitely recommend this apartment. Aside from the geese and ducks being outside every morning when I leave for work, its a decent place to live. My building is pretty quiet (which I love), and people are to themselves. Rent is not to pricey, but worth what is provided to you. Its not to far from either M6, or 131. Next to both Walmart, Meijer, and Target within 5 mins driving.
