He gave great advice, recommended mortgage companies, and his assistant Andrea was also very helpful. Our experience with this company was a good one; and we would recommend Mark Brace highly! Mark did an execellent job for my wife and I in negotiating with the developer for the property for our new home (which we are now in and love). During the due diligence period, we found out the lot had been turned down by a previous potential buyer due to the need to spend about $10K more on the septic system then usual, so in order to close the deal, we requested that Mark approach the developer with an offer $10K less for the land. The developer agreed, and we are now in our new home. the best part, is when after digging many 'test hole' on the property during the ;'due diligence' period and finding no sand to reduce the cost of the system, when they finally dug the for the septic system, they found sand and we didn't have to pay extra for the septic system. Great job Mark!
We probably had the worst scenario to deal with, our houses being sold and buying process was definitely unique. Other Realtors just didn’t know how to handle such a task and were under qualified. We contacted Mark and his team and they went to work immediately. We now live in a great neighborhood and in our dream home. They made the whole process a walk in the park!
