Very disappointing. Made a reservation for a mid-size SUV, and was given a small Infiniti sports car. No reasonable explanation was provided. Complete ripoff and no rate adjustment offered.
My Alamo car rental at the Gerald Ford Int’l Airport in Grand Rapids, Mich. was easily accomplished, and my full size car drove beautifully. As well, the people at Alamo were helpful and efficient, and the cost of this rental was very reasonable.
I appreciate the special I was given as a member of Alamo Club, also, the ease at returning the vehicle. I really appreciated having someone there to check me in as I have returned a vehicle in the past to another vendor where no one was present to check for damage and then later on received a call stating that the vehicle was damaged during my use. This was untrue and therefore now have to photo the vehicle upon return which shouldn't have to be my responsibility.
Great friendly service with no wait. The vehicle rented was exactly what was there. Clean and ready to go. We'll definitly use Alamo again for our next trip to Grand Rapids.
They upgraded our car to a Chevy Tahoe with XM Radio. A great ride, never a hint of a problem. Great service, Great people!
