People at National are always friendly and helpful. Several of the vehicles I've rented recently from National have had dirty INSIDE windshield glass. When driving into the morning or evening sun, this causes glare and reduced visibility. Potentially dangerous.
The car was great. The employees were very helpful. Overall, very happy and will use National again. I especially like being able to choose my car from a line up if cars.
I've been a business traveler for over 20+ years. I've tried every rental car place imaginable and have had status on many at one time or another. Over the past few years I've settled on National. By far they have easiest checkout and checkin procedure in the industry. Their team at checkout always greets me with a smile and gets me on my way with very little wait. Only once did I have an issue which required me to call to their help line and the customer service rep actually patched in a 3-way call with the local office to resolve my issue on the spot. The experience is hassle free especially if you are an Emerald member. I highly recommend.
Love the fact that you can pick any car in the lot. Car is usually in great shape..
Excellent Service. Being a member of their club is always beneficial as you get a chance to choose the car from available inventory. Loved it.
