I have had cars, trucks and buses serviced by Parker Brake over the last 13 years and they are top notch. The technicians are willing to talk to you and show you the issues. I have also been using their parts department for 16 years. Guy and James know how to get just about anything and the prices are fantastic.
Had an alignment done and less than a week later needed to get the alignment redone. Not cool. Too much of my time gor them to do the job right! Great prices wish I could say the same for their work.
Had my rear tires checked for leaks. They removed both of my rear tires to reseat the beads onto the rim and replace valve stems. And never torqued my tires down. Was driving up north a few days later and realized my rear tires were wobbling badly pulled over and my lug nuts were Very Very Loose! called service department to make them aware of the situation. And didn't even get an apology or anything. Very disappointed with the service I received I will no longer use the Shop to service my Vehicles!
