I recently had a great experience with my rental from this Hertz location. The Associate who helped me upon arrival was Tenai. Tenai did a great job of getting me in and out and on my way with my reservation which I was very pleased with the vehicle I was given.
There must have been a communication error from anyone-who posted any negative. Great service.
The car could have been cleaner, every time we rent from Hertz the windows are filthy and I need to clean them before we leave on our trip. Customer Service is good and we'll be back.
Worst service EVER!!! I have been a Gold member and renting from Hertz and only Hertz for years. They made my most recent experience Hell! Accused me of the car smelling like smoke when I know I did not or have anyone smoke in the car. I had the vehicle parked all week in a hotel parking lot because my corporate office was directly across the street. I walked! I only drove it to and from Detroit, MI to Grand Rapids, MI and a few place close to the hotel. Never smoking EVER! They charged me $300 and never gave me any evidence of how they determined their decision. Never going back...they can keep that Gold membership!!
