I have rented from many places, but I have had the best service, by far, at this location. All of the employees that I have interacted with are very kind and helpful. I always feel valued when I drive off of the lot. They are quick to get me going as I usually have to get to where I need to be when I am renting a vehicle. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to rent a car...hard to find customer service like this.
I rented a car from this enterprise what A great experience staff was super friendly and organized I was in and out and I also would like to say that I forgot my back pack in the rental and called the store from Chicago and they mailed out my back pack to me customer service is 100% caitlyn was very helpful too thanks guys
I always rent through Enterprise and I most often rent at the 28th st location in Grand Rapids. Service is always courteous, expedient, they get me going quickly and the cars are always topnotch. Their prices are competitive and the pickup and drop off service is convenient.
