Dr. Schafer has not only provided great adjustments, but helped my understand what he was doing and why. He has given me some great tips on how to change my workstation, and how to strengthen the muscles in my back.
The atmosphere is great, his staff is friendly and helpful, and the hours are wonderful. Like many, I work as well care for my daughter, so finding time for anything is difficult. I'm so glad for the later evening hours that are available.

I went to Dr. Schafer after having a less than great (read: very uncomfortable) experience elsewhere. I found the Healing Spa on line, and then checked that Dr. Schafer was registered with the American Chiropractic Association. I always feel better immediately after an adjustment. Dr. Schafer also offers practical advice on living and simple daily exercises to help. You feel like he truly wants you to get better, not just keeping coming back. Michelle is fabulous too!
I am fortunate to not need a lot of chiropractic care, but when I do, I will always see Dr. Schafer. He understands athletes and does his best to keep the visits to a minimum and the results to a maximum. He makes sure is finding permanent solutions rather than temporary fixes. Dr. Schafer also supports many local running races and triathlons by sponsoring events and offering free massages at races and discounts to participants. I would highly recommend Schafer Chiropractic and Healing Spa.
