Brought my son in for a high fever and horrible cough. We got in right away but our experience with the PA wasn't great. We were probably his first patient of the day and he made it known that he did not want to be there and rushed us. He wouldn't listen to my questions and seemed super annoyed when I asked him a question. He prescribes a very strong steroid that I couldn't believe they would think was ok to give to my 17 month old. I never filled it. Didnt seem like he was very knowledgable which is why he probably didn't like that I was asking questions. I will be taking my son back to Mercy Health UC from now on. Much better experience there with their staff and we are always seen by an MD.
