Oh man, Craft-Revival is the best, truly. I first dropped by with my girlfriend-now-fiance ten minutes before closing, and Jayson, the son of the father-son dynamic duo, stayed after hours to talk with us and help us design. To say the least, I was rather impressed.
Had a wonderful experience! I never write reviews but I felt compelled to after the awesome quality service I received. I took my engagement ring there to have the setting changed. They showed me the whole process of how they would design the new setting, gave me an accurate estimate of cost and time of repair, and were very friendly. I had been looking for a small, family operated jewerly store that I could trust after past negative experiences with other jewelers. I researched the work that Craft-Revival did, looked at their pictures on-line, and felt comfortable enough to give them the green light to order the part and fully complete the work without me seeing it until it was ready to pick up. I was not disappointed! Not only did they do a beautiful job, but the final cost matched the estimate. Best of all, the ring was ready in 1 week (I was given a 1-2wk est.)! I am so pleased with the quality of the work and the customer service! They are awesome!

I found Craft-Revival when looking for a jeweler who had unique pieces and would do custom work for a wedding ring for my fiance. Working with Jayson was one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. He was so enthusiastic about design ideas and helped me come up with a piece she absolutely loves. We were so pleased with her ring we had him make a band for me, too. Easily the best jeweler I've ever been to. I'm looking forward to anniversaries to buy more!
Jayson did a marvelous job of taking some diamonds from an engagement ring, tennis bracelet, and anniversary ring and making it into a awesome, one-of-a-kind, ring for my wife. Jayson does a great job of listening to what you want and making sure you like the concept BEFORE he gets started. If you want a unique piece of jewelry, I can't imagine a better place to go!
