They provided the information needed to help us make an informed decision. They also went the extra mile to make sure that our budget was as important as what we wanted. I had a wonderful experience at Siegel Jewelers for a jewelry repair. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted and taken care of. Polly was amazing! She really took the time to get to know me and even pronounce my name correctly. My repair was ready the very next business day, exactly as they had predicted. They were also open until 7 pm, which allowed me to drop in after work around 5 pm- so convenient! When I returned to pick up my repair, Polly knew me by name. My repair only cost me $22, and yet I was treated as if I was a princess who walked in to buy diamonds! I will definitely be back with my entire family!
