I was educated about the product I was going to buy. I never felt like I was getting a sales pitch. I never felt pressured. I felt like this was a fun adventure and Dan was an expert who would help guide me. Great quality of service!

Professional is an understatement!! Every single aspect of my experience with Becky and Dan at Medawar was carried out with the utmost respect, class and warmth. They helped my now fiancé and me design my engagement ring, hand pick the center stone and gracefully guided us through the process from start to finish. No request was too big and no question too silly for these experts in jewelry. We were treated like we were there to buy a $50,000 Rolex, when in reality our budget was very modest for my ring. They made us feel very important and cared for, which put us at ease. My ring is the most stunning thing I've ever seen and Becky was able to design exactly what I had envisioned. Highly recommend. I wanted a Rolex, so I went to Paul Medawar, an Authorized Rolex Dealer. I walked into Paul Medawar Fine Jewelry, feeling a little bit sheepish. I didn't know anything about fine watches, I wasn't even sure how much a Rolex would cost me. Dan was there to help me out. He asked me questions about what I liked in a watch. Often, my answer was, "I'm not sure." He would explain the options, show me examples, place watches on my wrist. Slowly we narrowed it down. I would try a watch on, then others, then back to the first. Dan was always listening, asking questions to help me clarify what I wanted, what my aesthetic was, (honestly, I didn't even know I had a "watch aesthetic"-but I do and it is quite specific.) Dan explained how different styles might meet my needs, pros and considerations, different options. I left about a forty five minutes later, having narrowed the field, but still unsure. I needed to think about it.
I brought in a watch I had purchased elsewhere to be fitted. Dan helped me immediately and answered all of my questions. Everyone I interacted with was polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
Wow! Couldn't be more impressed. Dan spent so much time making sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted and wasn't pushy in the least. He even contacted Tacori about several custom options for me on the spot. They're just so knowledgeable about their products. You'll be in good hands if you go to here.
A few weeks later, I went back to Medawar and was so happy to see that Dan was there. We again looked at styles, talked about options-I was really beginning to hone in to what was going to be the watch for me. I told Dan that I wasn't quite ready, but I would be soon.
