I had some pretty specific items to purchase with lots of questions. Sheri Fitzsimmons was OVER THE TOP helpful. She was knowledgeable and even let me know about upcoming promotions to save me money. SO I WENT BACK! I LOVED that she put my needs first.
Clean, fancy, flashy, pricy. Nice staff but mostly just want you to buy stuff (the more expensive the better). They really try to divert you to the higher "quality" items in there. The people never remember you, even if it's the same person helping you the next day. I get they see many people but can NO ONE there remember a face!!?
Always have a great experience here. All of our jewelry has been purchased here. I highly recommend ESP it is worth buying it to cover lost stones and fixing flaws. And making those rings sparkle and shine.
I always knew that Jared was top-notch for product, but it seems their sales people are unbelievable as well. Nicole Osborn went above and beyond the call of duty, getting me EXACTLY what I wanted. Not in the showcase? No problem! Let's just look at the catalogs (under the desk) to see if there's a piece that fits my needs. Yep! The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about diamonds and are very willing to help get you what you’re looking for. Even if you’re stopping in to window shop they will steam polish and shine up your rings for free. AMAZING customer service.
