We slept so well and really enjoyed our rooms, they were clean and cozy. We asked about a late checkout and they were happy to oblige. All in all it was a great stay! Ps. If you're hungry there are some late places nearby!
One of the best value hotel experiences I've had. Clean room, comfortable bed, exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
Hotel was on the old side but clean. Very large and nice pool. Comfortable beds. Our room was hot but the front desk apologized and switched us to a different room with no fuss. We would stay here again!
Amazing hotel. The hot tub had a great, warm temperature. The beds were comfortable and I found myself reading a good book on them at night. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Michigan, Grand Rapids.
We had an excellent time at this Best Western in Grand Rapids. We checked in late so we called ahead and the staff was quick to assist. When we arrived the gentleman behind the counter got us all set up and we were in our rooms in minutes.
It is really a good place to stay. The breakfast was slightly cold but there was a wide variety. Hot and cold options. Room was very clean except a clump of hair by the tub. Coffee was horrible... It was really chickery. They also offer a grab and go breakfast if you are checking out before breakfast begins. They do have an indoor pool and hot tub which was nice and well kept.
