Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Best of all was the maintenance man who, without being asked, loaned his snow removal brush to my husband to clean the new, unexpected snow off of our vehicle.
Internet easily accessible. Breakfast had a good variety of foods and everything was fresh and replenished frequently.
When reading reviews to choose a hotel while in Grand Rapids, some hotels were rated “excellent” but this hotel was rated “exceptional” - they were right! Cleanliness, service, room, and breakfast ALL exceptional. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to a friend.
It always smelled like smoke but its a non smoking hotel. The service at the front desk was good but from a time there is no one there and its just weird. I also found it unusual that our room doesn't get serviced unless you stay more than a week. Good place for what it was but I do not think I will be returning!

I travel a lot and I stay at Choice hotels a lot but this is the best by far! I was traveling with family and rented two rooms for a couple nights. I would highly recommend it! Everything was excellent. I am very picky and this hotel was worth every penny! Everything was immaculate, breakfast was delicious and well-stocked and every staff member had an excellent and friendly attitude. One of the best hotels and best values I've run across in years!
the rooms were very nice, clean and pretty spacious... the king bed was awesome. the front desk service was knowledgeable. the hot breakfast (waffles) were excellent, they had a nice variety of foods!! all in all I was very impressed, I will definitely stay in more of these hotels through out my vacation! thank you!!
