Lovely front desk service. They really are there to help make your stay a great one. Updated rooms. Nice and clean. Internet in the TV. So you can watch your Netflix account right on the TV. Starbucks and a small Cafe in the lobby. Only complaint is half the time the valet was not the best. Either no one there when dropping off or you car was just parked and running . You get right on your car and never see anyone. Otherwise. Amazing stay
Wonderful hotel. Room was very nice, newer furniture and beds. Helpful staff and all areas of the hotel were in excellent condition. I would definitely stay here again.
The downtown Courtyard in Grand Rapids is a near perfect place to stay when in the area. I have now stayed at this location twice (once in a King suite and more recently on a double Queen room) and both times were outstanding. From the moment I checked in with the friendly and informative clerk throughout the next day's checkout, the stay was comfortable and convenient. The hotel shares a top notch pool and workout center with the high rise condos attached to the building and also has an easy in/out underground parking garage for those who prefer not to valet. The rooms themselves are modern, spacious, and very clean. Furthermore, the property is located in the heart of the city which allows so many options for drinks and dining. Grand Rapids in Beer City, USA, after all. I would certainly stay here again and would suggest this Courtyard to anyone traveling to the area.
Comedian Rich Wallace is one of our clients who is constantly on tour and staying in different hotel properties throughout the country. This is one is quickly becoming one of his favorites with the clean and comfy rooms, and the awesome staff (even after 2am!!) The Starbucks coffee and breakfast in the restaurant, and the location to lots of shopping and entertainment is also very awesome. Great location, great staff. If you want to get anywhere in Grand Rapids, this is the place. 2 Starbucks within walking distance and you never go outside. I love it.
