Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms would be nice if they were properly cleaned.
The housekeeper was also banging on our door at 9:30AM asking to come in. After telling her we didn't need service she came back 30 min later and did it again as if we hadn't just talk to her already.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was average. However, there was a poor wifi signal, the bathroom door was broken, the few electrical outlets were in poor shape. Three hours after we were in our room, at 10:30 PM, management was knocking at our door to tell us that they didn't know anyone was in our room.
Our room was not cleaned thoroughly. The tub was dirty, there was mail polish on the jacuzzi, all the mirrors were smudged, and the top blanket had a soured smell to it.
Stayed during the week after a long drive from the East coast. First room I was assigned had a strong smoke odor, despite being a non smoking hotel. The front desk switched my room without much trouble. The bed was comfy, the a/c worked and the building was over all quiet. Breakfast in the morning was the usual low-cost buffet fare but it was hot. This hotel has a good location for easy access to the airport as well as shopping and dining along 28th Street.
Lovely establishment, cozy atmosphere and friendly people. Breakfast is served from 6-9 wkdys and 6:30-9:30 wknds. I always enjoy my stay here.

All the features promised online were lies according to the front desk, front desk also spent 15 minutes talking about how they went to prison on a private phone call while guests waited. Said it had infant beds and jetted tubs for rooms and none of those are true. If you want to feel ignored and unwanted this is your hotel.
