We got there at 3, went to our room, checked to make sure everything was working. We got a king suite, our hot tub in our room didn't work. The drain would close, we had a guy come up and he suggested we use a wash cloth to clog it. Later on we go to the pool area, went to get in the hot tub down there and it was literally cold. But the pool was warm....was not pleased at all. I got charged for two nights when I only did a reservation for one night, I've been calling to speak about it and they keep saying they'll call back and never do. I just want my money back and at least a discount like the guy said he'd give us for our hot tub not working.
I had great customer service. Very friendly. Room was great an pool was great an they did amazing job on breakfast. I would come back again.
I reserve two rooms for my daughter's birthday. One room was okay the second room had mold all at the top of the shower the beds had hair dirt and what look like chocolate all over the sheets. The sheets had were never changed. The paint was peeling in the bathroom and was all over the floor. I went up to the front desk and have the manager come look at the room. He look very embarrassed. He gave me a room across the hall. This was an inconvenience because I needed both rooms next to each other I was already and convenience because the rooms were not ajoined as I requested. The second issue I had was with the so-called breakfast which was the worst continental breakfast I had ever seen all the sausage was gone all the gravy for the biscuits was gone, no batter for the waffles and there was only one banana left it was just really nothing. The best thing about it I would have to say is the swimming pool which look clean. For the amount that I had to pay for the room I was just so unhappy I was just very disappointed. My daughter even said that she understood why this hotel was only a two-star you should have seen our carpet I dropped the earring back and had to get on the floor the carpet looked as if it had never been vacuumed by the table the nightstand or behind the bed I found a toy car there was candy all over the floor this hotel was just pure ridiculous really wished I would have went to the Comfort Inn across the street.
The new manager has thoroughly and continues to improve the hotel. The licks on outer doors are fixed. New locks on room doors are cool. Wave your key and bam! You're in. The breakfast is great. Not a quick snack. Housekeeping is better about cleaning rooms. Service at the desk is fun and friendly. Will stay here again.
Hotel have one accessible room and although I had reserved it they gave it to someone else. My wheelchair barely fit through the door and once inside the room had to be parked in front of the bed it was the only space wide enough. The restroom was not handicap accessible I had difficulty using the toilet as it was too low and shower and tub use was impossible, there were no grab bars, no safety features at all. They advertise having handicap accessible rooms but in reality they only have one.
