Exceptionally positive experience! I am extremely particular about who services my vehicles, and did extensive research before selecting Auto Centric for a timing belt replacement on my Lexus. They did not disappoint. Their honesty, communication, attention to detail, and cleanliness are all exemplary. I traveled over 100 miles to have my car services by AutoCentric, and would gladly do it again. Truly outstanding experience.
I have been to Auto Centric twice now and I will say it was from there reviews that made my decision to give them a try and I have been 100% happy with there service as well as everyone I have talked to. I had them replace a timing belt on my 2011 pilot , that was 15,000 miles ago. I have had service done there twice both times 100% satisfied, they are now my go to service people on my Honda's and I live in Cadillac the 100 mile drive is well worth it.

I just moved to Grand Rapids and was looking for a reliable auto repair shop. I found AutoCentric online and based on other positive reviews, I took my 2010 GMC there to have the heat fixed. Scheduling my appointment was a breeze, the staff was friendly and courteous, and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. My final bill was lower than online estimates for similar repairs. My vehicle was returned to me before 5pm the same day I dropped it off. I would definitely recommend AutoCentric to anyone in the GR area looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop.
It feels good to work with folks that have such extensive experience and expertise with the Acura brand. With them maintaining my car, I feel like I can expect it to last 200k miles or more.
