Absolutely terrible customer service experience. I tried handling my issue at a store level and was told they couldn't help me. I emailed corporate a detailed explanation of the situation to try and resolve it and no one ever responded. I wanted to be a loyal customer because it is close, convenient, and the staff is nice but I will never be back and I will deter others. Seriously dissapointed in the service and follow through. Was hoping to find a shop to work with long term.
Quality repairs, excellent customer service, great price. Ralph and Taryn are awesome and I'll definitely be back and will recommend to friends.
To the workers some people do read your website so maybe you should think before trying to rip someone off and you will never have to worry about getting business from me or anyone I know.
I wish I could just find a place with honest workers and not scam artist or rip offs.
This place is amazing. After work my muffler fell off my car, I brought it an hour before close and they ended up fixing it in time. The staff is awesome and did an amazing job.
Just called to see if someone could look at my car to see if I have a bad wheel bearing or CV axle on my 2012 dodge journey was told on the phone he did know so he put me on hold came back and told me someone could look at my vehicle but they would have to charge me $80 or so I told him I would pass their website said contact us today for your free estimate. They advertise free estimates but when you contact them they tell you that they have to charge you.
These guys went the "extra mile" to repair a "lost cause" at the lowest cost! Thanks!
