Spent about 2 grand over the course of a year bringing my car in to be fixed (everything from radiator to power steering). The people at the shop seemed nice so I continued going back.
MOST LIKELY A SCAM: I went there for a $200 repair. And when I went there to receive service I all of a sudden had a whole list of problems that had to be fixed that added up to $1,600. When I asked to review the itemized quote in person I was told that "they don't show quotes to customers" and that "to review your quote there would be a $25 fee", "your quote seems to be missing and I cant find it" which led to "the manager on duty is nowhere to be found." I believe they were trying to screw me over being a 22 year old female, I am happy I did not give them even a penny from my pocket before I figured this out. I also wrote a letter to Corporate customer service, which replied to me that the franchise owner would contact me about my recent experience, I have yet to here from him, or a chance to see my quote. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
I'm pretty sure they use salvaged parts but charge you for new. I've had every single part they've fixed break and had to get them repaired at another shop.
They have done multiple major repairs on my vehicles for over 15 yes, I've Gon to other repair shops and seem to never get a proper repair. I come to this tuffy and get my car repaired THE FIRST TIME
Old-school shop (in a good way). Quick turnaround time, reasonable prices and honest service. Ask about payment plan, loaner or a ride while your car is being repaired.
Good place. Will be going back when car needs it.
I would not recommend anyone go to this tuffy, you're better off paying $100 on a tow to a better shop that stands by it's work.
