Over a period of time I have developed a Close Relationship with Ed and Angie and their Firestone Staff! It reminds me of my Father and his Trusted Relationship with our Small Town Service Station/Mechanic!
I have had three different vehicles here for various services over the years. I have always left feeling that adequate and thorough service has been provided. I have been often under charged for extra services provided to prove that they go over and above to make sure you are taken care of. Compliments to Ed and Tyler and the rest of the team!
Had to get an alignment last week. It was done fast and at a good price. They suggested new tires but didn't pressure me intoo buying them. Great friendly staff.
Why do all firestones fail to attach the paperwork when they can not properly do an alignment? Why are they still not able to email, or text the documentation, and how are they not able to lookup the history of a vehicle that has been brought the them in the past. You would think they would have a linked system to show a history of the work that has been done, for both themselves and the customers sake.

After waiting for the alignment for a total of 2 hours now, i went back to the tech working on the car. He had issues with a bolt, and was not able to get the rear into spec. I was given my paperwork and was told I was all set. As I drove home I noticed when breaking the wheel vibrated a LOT. I got home to look at the alignment specs and compare with my last alignment, only to find that they did not give it to me... again. Different firestone, same practices. If alignment cant get in spec, don't give them the paperwork. I called to ask where the paperwork was, they attached it to there stuff, and I was told I could pick it up at any time. I asked to email it or text it to me since I live 30 min away. They only offer to fax it, which most people don't have access to, myself included. I am looking at the papers they did give me, No signature certifying it was completed properly, or certifying it was unable to be completed, or a reason why not.
I have the lifetime alignment with Firestone. I arrived on time, and they got my car in quickly. After 30 minutes, I was called over to talk about some things they noticed needed to be done. The tires were wearing 9s and 10s so they wanted to do a rotation for $25, they also wanted to charge me $10 to clean the battery terminals... I passed on both. After another hour, I was asked again about getting a rotation. I said I would pass, because discount tire does it for free since I got tires threw them. They said they would not be able to get a good alignment them. They were only going to do a partial alignment so now it was only going to be $10. I asked for a military discount, they did it for free. (hence the 2 star)
