My wife's MB had several problems the Grand Rapids Mercedes dealer could not find solutions to. We were told without a trouble code nothing could be done. On a relative's recommendation we made appointment with GERMAN AUTO SERVICE. Two hours after we dropped of car we were notified the technicians had located the problems. Our car was back home in two days completely repaired and annual service preformed.
German Auto Has done minor work to my BMW Z4 and Major work to my Porsche 928S. The Techs did a great job and I felt the pricing was right for the job preformed. Appriciated that the shop was clean. Speaks volumes as to their attention to Quality and details. Ben was very easy to deal with. Very professional yet friendly helpful. I would trust my wife taking a car in for work, without my involvement, getting great service and not ripped off.
I have taken my vintage VW to GAS several times over the past couple years. It is hard to find someone who has the knowledge and experience to work on a 47 year old air-cooled engine and they are certainly qualified to do so. What I really value is that they take care of my car like I do. Always a pleasure!
I completely trust my BMW and Mercedes vehicles to German Auto Services. I drive 45 minutes from home and my biggest concern is having a mechanical problem that I cannot get to them. I appreciate the opportunity to interact with the mechanics directly on the service floor. When it comes time to replace parts, they offer excellent advice concerning potential upgrades. My wife used to feel bad for me that I had to drive so far to service my vehicles, but she now realizes that I thoroughly enjoy my visits to German Auto Services.
